Psychiatry and the drug industry do not profit from people recovering from
their mental health problems. They don't make money on alternatives to
psychiatry and it's bio-reductionest approach to the treatment of mental
health. They simply don't make money and it's all about money for the drug
industry and the psychiatric quacks they have in their pockets. They don't
profit from a healthy diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids from fish, they
don't make money on regular exercise, runners aren't big cash cows for the
drug industry. They don't make money on real insight into your mental
health problems, it's something they don't want you to have. They want
you to reduce your problems to a genetic chemical imbalance that they claim
is corrected by their drugs. They make money on psudoscientific nonsense,
like in the drug commercials. They don't make money on insight or
science. The drug industry makes
money selling drugs, psychiatric quacks make money prescribing them.
Take a look at the drug industry. I'll use the criminal
corporate entity Eli Lilly as an example. It's such a good example of
greed and wrongdoing. I know for a fact that the people at Lilly knew
quite a bit about their blockbuster drug Zyprexa, take a look at internal
company documents. Apparently what they knew didn't stop Lilly CEO John
Lechleiteir from encouraging drug reps to discuss prescribing Zyprexa to
children and teenagers, something that would have lead to predictable
problems for those kids. It's not only that, serious weight gain with that
class of drugs is really only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to
problems created by those drugs. Lilly makes money at the expense of
those kids, it makes money on disability, cognitive dysfunction, obesity,
drugs those kids might end up taking for diabetes. Right now that's how
they're making money. Another example is how the company marketed the drug
to treat dementia in the elderly knowing it didn't work. There's a good
chance that they were aware that the drugs would be used by psychiatric
quacks to chemically lobotomize those folks, making things easier and more
profitable for the nursing homes they reside in. Something done at their
expense. What you have is an industry making money at the expense of
their patients, not from what's good for them. They profit from what's bad
for them, knowingly.
The drug industry profits from knowingly replacing the science your doctor
or even a psychiatric quack relies on with the shameless marketing of their
products. There's a few smoking gun examples from the paper linked to in
the article above here. It's marketing based medicine at the expense of
patients. That's what's going on in the mental health field today.
I'm just the subject of a lot of really vicious dehumanizing slander. I
think they're just lying criminals who want to tell just their side of the
story while justifying their wrongdoing. I would never threaten anyone or
even behave a little odd in public. Anyone who says I am is lying. I have
no desire to harm myself or anyone else. I'm fully responsible for
everything I say and do, without exception. Any mental health problems I
might have aren't causing me any problems and I don't think they'll ever
cause anyone else any problems ever. If anything my lack of mental health
related problems are the problem for people slandering me for pretty
obvious reasons.
Any intrusion into my personal life if completely unwanted. I have no
control over the outrageous sexual comments being made. If they're
questioning people about me sexually I have nothing to do with it. They are
off on their own talking about things like that and I have no control over
any of it. I don't want any invasion of my privacy at all. I don't like
people looking at what I bought at the supermarket checkout. What flavor
jelly I bought is to personal for me to divulge voluntarily.
It's like people around me don't understand that what's being done to me is
illegal. They have absolutely no legal right to do what they're doing.
Eavesdropping and video surveillance anywhere a person has a reasonable
expectation of privacy is criminal in New York State. Not leaving me
alone, not letting me live alone is called stalking and harassment.
When someone with no legal right does what they're doing it's a crime, that
makes them criminals. I don't want my privacy invaded in any way. I don't
want to be followed in public. I don't people I come in contact with
questioned. It's as nonconsensual as nonconsensual can possibly be and it's
causing me quite a bit of distress and material harm.
Any decisions I've made regarding my mental health care didn't cause me to
lose any of my rights. People have the right to make those decisions
regarding their care. In New York State people involuntary committed to
psychiatric hospitals have the right to refuse psychiatric treatment. This
is from Rivers v. Katz, 67 NY 2d 485:
In our system of a free government, where notions of individual autonomy
and free choice are cherished, it is the individual who must have the final
say in respect to decisions regarding his medical treatment in order to
insure that the greatest possible protection is accorded his autonomy and
freedom from unwanted interference with the furtherance of his own desires
(see, Matter of Erickson v Dilgard, 44 Misc 2d 27, 28, supra; see
generally, Olmstead v United States, 277 US 438, 478 [Brandeis, J.,
dissenting]; Union Pac. Ry. Co. v Botsford, 141 US 250, 251; Davis v
Hubbard, 506 F Supp 915, 930-933; Pratt v Davis, 118 Ill App 161, 166, affd
224 Ill 300, 79 NE 562). This right extends equally to mentally ill persons
who are not to be treated as persons of lesser status or dignity
because of their illness (Superintendent of Belchertown State School v
Saikewicz, 373 Mass 728, 370 NE2d 417). As noted by the Supreme Court
of Oklahoma, "[i]f the law recognizes the right of an individual to
make decisions about * * * life out of respect for the dignity and
autonomy of the individual, that interest is no less significant when
the individual is mentally or physically ill" (Matter of K. K. B., 609
P2d 747, 752).
They have no legal right to do what they're doing. Some nutjob just can't
stalk you and break the law all he wants because he heard you had some kind
of invalid psychiatric label. What they're doing is illegal and they have
no legal right at all. Discrimination in law enforcement and housing based
on disability is also prohibited by statute, namely the ADA. They're just
slandering their innocent victim as being violent or prone to violence because
they're monstrous heinous fucking criminals.
